1 year warranty on service parts and accessories(Unless Roughly Used)
30 days warranty on used phones
7 days warranty on Brand new phones
14 days peace of mind return policy if item not used.
After 14 days we will not issue refund.
We fix the device under warranty in case we are unable to fix within 5 working days we will replace it. If we are unable to repair and replace the product. We will issue refund according to our current price.
All our devices are data wiped. You must check and inform in case of Apple ID, Google account or screen Password on device with in 2 working days of delivery. after that period we are not responsible.
Service pack screens and parts have no warranty after installation. Please test carefully before installing on device.
No return on Physical Damage or damage during repair.
Wrong or unwanted parts, screens and accessories Must be returned within 14 days to get money back. After that period we will not be able to accept return.
Client is responsible for return shipping.

Grade A — Excellent / Shiny
Cosmetic Condition:
Minimal to no visible scratches on screen or housing.
No dents, cracks, or discoloration.
Overall appearance is near-new.
Functional Standards:
Device is 100% functional.
Battery health ≥ 85%.
All buttons, Face ID/Touch ID, camera, microphone, speaker, sensors, Wi■Fi/Bluetooth, and
charging function perfectly.
Grade B — Very Good
Cosmetic Condition:
Light signs of use such as small, superficial scratches.
No cracks or deep dents.
Screen may have faint marks not visible when the display is on.
Functional Standards:
Fully functional device.
Battery health ≥ 80%.
All major features (calls, data, camera, audio, connectivity, biometrics) operate properly.
